At BEENOOR, we are delighted to offer FREE Shipping on all orders across India! We are committed to delivering your beautiful kurtis (and future collections of sarees, suits, etc.) to you in a timely and secure manner, without any extra shipping costs. This Shipping Policy outlines our shipping procedures and guidelines.

1. Order Processing Time

  • During peak seasons or sales, processing times may be slightly longer. We appreciate your patience.
  • You will receive a notification once your order has been shipped.

2. Shipping Partners

  • We partner with reputable courier services in India [If you have specific partners, you can mention them, e.g., Delhivery, Blue Dart, DTDC, Shiprocket etc.] to ensure reliable delivery of your kurtis and other products.

3. Shipping Areas

  • Currently, we ship our products across India. 
  • We do not currently offer international shipping. 

4. Shipping Charges

  • Absolutely FREE Shipping: We are pleased to offer complimentary standard shipping on all orders, regardless of the order value, to all serviceable pin codes within India. There are no hidden shipping charges.

5. Estimated Delivery Time

  • Standard Delivery: Once shipped, orders are typically delivered within:
    • Metro Cities: [e.g., 3-5] business days
    • Other Cities/Towns: [e.g., 5-7] business days
    • Remote Locations: [e.g., 7-10] business days
  • These are estimated delivery times and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, logistical delays from the courier partner, or public holidays.
  • We aim for “fast shipping for kurtis online” wherever possible, even with our free shipping offer.

6. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email and/or SMS with the tracking ID and a link to the courier partner’s website where you can track the status of your shipment.
  • You can also track your order from the “My Orders” section of your account on beenoor.com, if applicable.

7. Delivery Attempts

  • Our courier partners will typically attempt delivery [e.g., two or three] times.
  • If you are not available to receive the order, the courier partner may leave a notice or attempt to contact you to reschedule delivery.
  • If all delivery attempts fail, the package will be returned to us. In such cases, please contact our customer service. While the original shipping was free, re-shipping the order might incur shipping charges, which will be communicated to you.

8. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders (If Applicable)

  • If you have opted for COD, please ensure you have the exact cash amount ready at the time of delivery.
  • COD is available only for select pin codes in India.

9. Incorrect Shipping Address

  • It is your responsibility to provide the correct and complete shipping address (including Pincode and a landmark, if possible).
  • Bee Noor will not be responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, re-shipping charges may be applicable to send it again.

10. Receipt of Order

  • Please inspect the package upon delivery. If you notice any signs of tampering or damage to the outer packaging, please do not accept the delivery and contact our customer service immediately at info.beenoor@gmail.com or 7678539647.
  • We also recommend taking a video while unboxing the package as proof in case of any claims for damaged or missing items.

11. Delays

  • Bee Noor is not liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company/postal authorities. However, we will help you track your package and ensure it reaches you as soon as possible.
  • In case of significant delays, we will keep you informed.

12. Changes to Shipping Policy

  • We reserve the right to modify this Shipping Policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our Website.
